2. Are Matti's ties handmade? Yes, absolutely! Every single Matti tie is meticulously handmade by skilled Egyptian craftsmen. We are proud to be a 100% Egyptian brand, and all our exquisite fabrics, including our silk satin, are acquired locally. This precise hand-crafting process ensures superior quality, a unique character, and a perfect finish that machine-made ties simply cannot match.
3. What type of fabric do you use for your ties? We exclusively use luxurious silk satin for our Matti ties. This premium fabric is chosen for its exquisite sheen, smooth feel, and exceptional ability to hold its shape, ensuring your tie looks elegant and sophisticated in every setting.
4. How should I care for my Matti tie? To keep your Matti tie looking its best, we recommend professional dry cleaning only when necessary. After wearing, gently unknot your tie and hang it or roll it loosely to help release any creases.

6. When will I receive my order? Upon placing your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. You can then track your order's progress using the link provided in any of the shipping confirmation emails we send regarding your purchase.
7. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order? Once a purchase has been completed and processed, the selected shipping address cannot be changed. We advise reviewing your details carefully before confirming your order.
8. What is your return and exchange policy? Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your Matti purchase, you can return or exchange it up to 14 days after the receipt of your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. 9. Why haven't I received my refund confirmation email? If you have not received your refund confirmation email, please first verify that the email address linked to your purchase is correct. Please note that returns are processed once the goods arrive at our premises; upon completion of this process, you will receive an email detailing your refund.
10. I no longer have the card I used for the purchase. How will I receive my refund? Refunds are always processed to the original payment method used for the order. If you no longer possess the card used for the purchase, we recommend contacting your bank directly, as they can assist you in retrieving the refunded amount.
11. The amount of my purchase was charged twice. What can I do? Occasionally, some banks may display both a temporary pre-authorization and the actual subsequent charge. The pre-authorized amount is typically released automatically. Should this not occur promptly, we recommend contacting your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorization.
