Return 

If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return.
You can see the conditions and the different options available for you to return your items.

CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN

  • You have 14 days from the order receipt date.
  • You must manage the return before the established deadline. 
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once you have made the return request, a courier will pick up your package at the address of your choice within 24-48 hours. The cost of the return request is EGP 90. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Info@matticreations.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges

You have the option to exchange the items you purchased. Here are the conditions and how you can manage it:

We offer the option of exchanging your items using our home collection service. The cost of the exchange request is EGP 90.
